Training Opportunities for Melon growers

Melons Australia is looking to fund melon growers and members of the melon industry to participate in the Melbourne Business School Leadership program. It’s an online course and provides opportunities for mid-to-senior level managers to develop new leadership skills, behaviours and mindsets to navigate complex leadership challenges. The course is 4 weeks in duration and an additional 2 weeks of pre-course preparation.

There are a number of opportunities to attend this course in 2023 so please register your interest with us immediately. We will be offering 6 positions through this course over the coming 3 years.

Funding Available: The full cost of this course is $3000 however through the Melon leadership program melon levy payers have only to pay the nominal fee of $400. Note: these opportunities are open to all personnel within the Australian melon industry, however there is a co-contribution funding model in place for non-levy paying applicants (ie. non grower members of the melon supply chain) which we are happy to discuss further.
