Melon Icy Poles

Makes 4 icy poles

Ingredients

200g chopped melon, peel and seeds removed (try seedless watermelon, honeydew, rockmelon or piel de sapo)

50mL coconut water

1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Blitz the coconut water, melon and honey together in a blender.
  2. Pop into ice block moulds with a stick and freeze for at least four hours, or ideally overnight.

This was a note for our bite size samples but we can remove for the website recipe.
